Context

encuentra is a platform that integrates Order Management and Warehouse Management simultaneously for e-commerce and retail operations across Latin America. In an environment where multiple channels, warehouses, and markets coexist, the challenge was to reflect this operational complexity, expressing the system's ability to organize, connect, and scale processes without losing control or clarity.

Strategy

We defined the brand from a systemic logic. Two universes (OMS and WMS) operating as one. The identity needed to translate this coexistence into a clear language, making visible how encuentra organizes, connects, and automates processes.

Implementation

We developed a modular visual system inspired by the logic of warehouses, boxes, and operational flows. The logo and symbol reflect this idea, functioning as both a structural unit and a sign of organization. We built a language based on grids, modules, and scanning dynamics, allowing information to be structured and adapted across formats. A contemporary, tech-driven color palette reinforces precision and clarity across all touchpoints.

Result

encuentra translates operational complexity into a clear and functional system. An identity designed to operate, supporting the platform's growth and enabling it to scale with control in demanding environments.
