A dealership runs on the phone, and about 35% of the calls it gets never reach a person. Flai was founded by Uruguayans in Silicon Valley to close that gap. Its platform answers every call and finishes the job inside the systems the dealership already uses. In two years it gained enterprise customers and institutional backing, and the product grew past the brand. Flai needed an identity the size of the company it had become.
The category makes one promise in many voices, and dealers have stopped believing it. What they trust is who shows up. Working with Flai, we saw that everyone does. From the founders to the newest hire, the whole team believes in what the product does for a dealership and solves every problem together. The strategy put that conviction to work alongside the facts behind it. Flai built its own voice, models and integrations, and it measures a call by what gets finished. Runs on Flai states the ambition plainly. The platform a dealership opens every morning and closes at night.
The symbol is an F drawn in three diagonal bands, set beside a serif wordmark. The same movement extends into light trails, taken from car lights in motion. Red and sky blue mark night and day, because Flai works both. Small marks borrowed from the stickers on a car window, and a gauge from the speedometer, keep the industry in the detail.
A brand built for the way Flai runs; prepared to speak to dealer groups, manufacturers and investors. A classic voice for a technology company. The identity is now public. Flai has since raised a 27 million dollar Series A.
